The lifestyle lift is a registered trademark of a practice of the same name in Troy, Michigan.
The technique itself doesn't seem to be unique and can be described as a minimally invasive, short flap face lift performed under local anesthesia.
Any surgical procedure is going to have roughly the same starting cost (in the US around $7,000 and up) depending on the complexity of the surgery and the surgeon that you see. The results can vary considerably based on the technique used and also the surgeon.
I'm not 100% sure about the costs of the Lifestyle Lift, but it might be worth noting that there were recently slapped with a $300,000 fine by the Attorney General for false advertising.
There a number of procedures that you might be interested in that cost less that a full blown facelift. I suggest the best course of action is to find the best possible surgeon who specialises in facelifts and other procedures and see what they can suggest. There may be non-surgical alternatives that better suit your budget e.g. thermage (skin tightening) and dermal fillers.

Check with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons because they may have drs listed for Canada. At their site you can do a search for this Lifestyle Lift face lift procedure to see if it's listed there. I know that some sites like the one for this association will give a brief summary of the different kind of procedures that are done.
Also, check with the Royal College of Surgeons or your provincial Medical Society for a list of dr's offices that you could try calling to see if they do it or know of someone in Canada that does.
