How Did Bon Scott Die
Bon Scott (AKA Ronald Belford Scott) died on February 19, 1980 in London, England.
After a heavy night of drinking, Scott passed out in a London club. He was subsequently left to sleep it off in a Renault 5 near 67 Overhill Road in East Dulwich, South London. The owner of the car found Scott later the next day. He was rushed to the hospital, but pronounced dead upon arrival. Reports are that the cause of death was pulmonary aspiration of vomit. Officially, the report is that Scott died of acute alcohol poisoning.
Conspiratorialists have maintained an active campaign for another possible cause of death. Nothing substantial has materialized.
